Fred’s core focus as a member of Roadstead Capital Partners, LLC*, is corporate retirement plans. He has held many different roles in his 35 years of experience, all working solely in the retirement plan

industry. Fred acts in the role of plan fiduciary with his clients. Whether that is in the form of participant guidance, portfolio construction, plan fees, or ERISA compliance.

Fred graduated from Frostburg State University with a B.S. in Finance. He currently holds his series 6, 63 and 65 and is an Investment Advisor Representative of Osaic Wealth, Inc. Fred and his wife of 35 years

have raised two successful children and are now proud grandparents. As empty nesters, this allows them time to travel, and explore as much of the world as possible. Fred is also a proud supporter of his wife's breast cancer survivor Dragonboat team.
