Roadstead Real Estate Advisors maintains a computerized database which contains the names of commercial developers as well as retail, office and industrial businesses. Along with their names, other relevant data is stored regarding lease expiration dates, square footage requirements, individuals to contact, etc. From this database, we pinpoint qualified businesses in the market and forward flyers on the property to those businesses.
We have an extensive database of users that we utilize to target prospects for each specific node. Personal solicitation of these potential users is undertaken by phone, US Mail, email and personal visits.
